“To Let No Celiac Be Left Behind” I have been cooking gluten free for my husband for many years. It is such a thrill to observe him indulging in a delicious gluten free meal such as Turkey and Dressing or Chicken and Noodles or Pizza; or to tempt his taste buds with a Fresh Peach Pie. |

| The satisfaction that results from such enthusiastic giving is much like the feeling one gets from presenting a friend with the ‘perfect gift’. Hence, it occurred to me that Celiacs should be entitled to enjoy the thrill of receiving a beautiful appointed gift basket; which, heretofore, would have been strictly off limits, or at the very least, extremely risky. | |||
